Massey University Accommodation - Auckland

At our Auckland campus, we offer two distinct forms of accommodation, single rooms & studios, both located within our on-campus student accommodation halls of residence.

Our single rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, fully furnished king single bedroom with shared bathroom facilities. (please note that this accommodation is in a multi-story building of three floors). You will be provided with linen, towel, soap, and internet access.

Our self-contained studio units are fully furnished with a queen bed, TV, wardrobe, desk, private ensuite bathroom, and kitchenette. Perfect if you are the person who likes your own space and wants to be a little more self-sufficient.

Sport & Rugby Institute

Our SRI accommodation comes in two forms – 5 management suites (en-suited rooms on the top floor of the main building) and a two-storied accommodation complex housing 10 spacious twin share rooms

Each contains one queen bed, a king single bed, wardrobe, vanity unit, two workstations and TV. This complex also contains two fully furnished lounges on each level, offering some kitchen facilities and entertainment as well as a shared bathroom and separate laundry facilities.

Wharerata

Our Wharerata Homestead provides the perfect environment for your next stay. Steeped in history with timeless elegance, the two recently refurbished apartments offer the ideal on-campus accommodation with its central location.

Each apartment comprises a spacious lounge, separate bathroom and a double bedroom with a Queen sized bed. Located on the first floor with private after-hour access, both apartments have stunning views of the beautiful formal gardens surrounding the homestead.

“In February, we hosted a weeklong workshop at the Massey Albany campus. Our workshop had both online and in-person presentations, as well as breakout workgroups. The room facilities were well-equipped with the technology needed for the presentations; and the space was more than sufficient for the participants to comfortably work in their breakout rooms. The on-site staff were extremely responsive to needs and were a joy to work with during the workshop. In leading up to the course, they were reliable communicators in helping us plan out the week.
